Payment Method:
1. Payment may be made by Online e-payment, Transfer or Local Bank Cheque.
2. Payment by Local Bank Cheque in Thai Baht, please indicate the payee as "AICT 2013 Registration" Other currencies will not be accepted.
3. Payment by Transfer can be done both in Thai Baht and US.Dollar (Fixed Exchange Rate at 30 Baht/Dollar). However, the registrant must disburse all bank charges that may occur during your transfer. The organizer will reserve the right to issue the receipt on the net amount received by the organizer.

4. Payment confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address after you complete to send a proof of payment to the congress organizer at register.aict2013@gmail.com or fax to 662-229-3346 to verify your payment.
**Please note that the proof of payment must be submitted. If you fail to do so, the congress organizer has a right to not confirm your registration and payment.**
Cancellation and Refunds
- Requests for cancellations received on or before 15 October 2013 will be refunded 50% of the fee paid. There will also be a refund processing fee of 1,500 baht per refund and this has to be paid by the registrant.
- From 16 October 2013 onwards, there will be no refund for cancellation of participation.
- Request for refunds need to be made in writing to the congress secretariat by e-mailing to register.aict2013@gmail.com or faxing to +66 2 229 3346 on or before the deadline stipulated above.
- In case of cancellation due to bad weather or other uncontrollable factors, no refund will be entertained.
- Fees will not be refunded when withdrawal is due to the registrant being unable to make his / her own travel arrangement, such as problems in application for visa or other travel document.
- Please refer to the following dates for cancellation:
